Isinya Primary Boarding School For The Deaf Opening Soon!

Posted Wednesday June 03, 2015 by DeafAidWeb

Isinya School For The Deaf is a primary boarding school for the deaf that is located in Isinya in Kajiado County; off Nairobi – Namanga Road. The school has modern facilities and will apply modern learning techniques. We are constructing the school with the aim of meeting the growing need of services of a Deaf school. The constantly growing number of children enrolling at our Green House Schools and the long distance to the schools has made it a hindrance for the children to easily access education and hence the need for the boarding school.

Once completed, the mixed boarding school will offer education to 400 deaf children. The school has two units of which each unit will hold 200 children. We hope to open the school in September 2015.
