Mellen Marucha

Mellen is the Education Support Program Coordinator with an experience of over 6 years of working with and for people with hearing impairment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Nairobi, diploma in Counseling Psychology and a diploma in Social Work and Welfare.

She has vast experience in working with Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), Persons living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs) and other vulnerable groups in the community. Her current responsibilities include overseeing the running of our three schools for Deaf children, the OOTB project, the scholarship project, Parents Empowerment Initiative among other activities.
